I define my area of work as Games and Immersive Technologies for Human Flourishing. My studies revolve around developing and examining virtual environments in relation to self-determination, healthy escapism, and meaningful experiences among others.
I am a Fulbright alumnus (Türkiye). Before my current position, I conducted research at Northeastern University and Arizona State University.
